Here are some examples that can be used in semi-polite conversation:
"That asshat."
"That moron."
"That idiot."
"That scumball."
"That jerk."
To these or similar phrases, I suggest adding one or more of the following:
". . . in the White House."
". . . who stole the election in 2000."
". . . who's screwing up the traffic."
". . . who's screwing up the war."
". . . who's screwing up the country."
". . . who's screwing up the planet."
". . . who will be gone in less than two years, thank gawd." |

Dude, but what if I got secret service guys hiding in the bushes outside my house? Are you trying to get me thrown into prison?
(Had to re-word this post, BTW, 'cuz it originally said "secret service guys hiding in my bushes"....)
My favorite phrase would be:
"That jerk..."
"Who will be gone in less than two years, thank gawd."
