Lee: Oh, this is bad. My Bebo friends have figured out Terrence is at Gavin's Auntie Joan's house. I can't get hold of him at all! But, luckily, when I inherited JTV I found out a few things, like Justin had an online tracking device attached to all of his staff's mobile phones so he knew where we were at all times. Though he's pretty weird, isn't he? Anyway, looks like Gavin's on his way to Steve's house, which means he's seen the video. Which is not good. Oh, look. St-Steve! Steve!
(Lee crosses the street to meet Steve, who is coming out of his building..)
Gavin: Oi! Oi!
(The camera pans to show Gavin and Lauren running down the street.)
Lauren: Gavin, leave it!
Gavin: You slimy little fucker! (Pins Steve against the wall.)
Steve: No! We can't do this now, alright?
Gavin: Yeah? Well that's funny, because it looks like we already are, doesn't it?
Lee: No, Gavin, he's right!
Gavin: Oh, yeah. Yeah, like I'm the bad guy, am I again? Surprise, sur-fucking-prise! (Pushes Steve against the wall.)
Lee: No, Gavin, it's Terrence! He's at your Auntie Joan's house; he's got Charlie!
Gavin: What?
Steve: It's true.
Gavin: Shutup, you! What you talking about?
Lee: Terrence has kidnapped Charlie; he's at your Auntie Joan's house.
Gavin: (Releases Steve.) Why? What's he doing there?
Lee: I don't know, but we've got to go there now!
Lauren: Come on, then.
Steve: Here, let's take Charlie's car. She left the keys at mine. (Motions the way to the car.) This way.
Gavin: (Grabs the keys out of Steve's hand.) Give me the keys.
Steve: Okay. Oh, wait! It's this way. Come on. (Runs down the street.) Let's go!
(Everyone runs after Steve and hops into Charlie's Aygo. Gavin pulls away and speeds away. Several shots are shown of Gavin speeding while everyone else remains silent.)
Gavin: (Following other cars in a roundabout.) Come on...
(Lee turns the camera to Lauren.)
Lee: Um, uh, I'm Lee, by the way. Uh, don't think we've met.
Lauren: Hi.
Lee: Uh, you might recognize me from programs such as SpirituaLee, or from Artifact or Crap, In Fact. (Lauren nods, annoyed.)
Steve: Look, Lee, I-I don't think this is the time, do you?
Gavin: Oh, yeah, you can shut up, Cult Boy.
Steve: Hey! Now come on, Gavin, this isn't fair.
Gavin: Don't! Don't! Don't try and explain, alright? Don't even try! You knew what she meant to me, so just- don't. Let's just get there.
(Lee zooms in on the speedometer, showing Gavin driving at around 60 km/h. Cut to Steve looking worried.)
Notes
- Lee introduces himself to Lauren, but it is also the first time he met Steve as well.
