Julie is a character in The Home Office ARG. She was a member of an OpAphid "kill squad", whose job it was to keep tracking and surveillance, as well as plan assassinations. After they failed to capture Bree Avery, the Order decided to terminate their employment. Linc contacts Julie after a bomb detonates in Pete's apartment and tells her to go on the run.

Julie resurfaced a year and a half later as an employee of the Home Office, whom she had convinced to employ Linc as well. She and Summer go to see Linc, who is reluctant to even hear her out, saying that trying to fight the Order is a battle that cannot be won. She does manage to get him on board for one mission, which involved the assassination of Nicolai Black. Julie goes with Linc and Summer to find a rogue Shadow with information on Black, and she bugs Linc about his taste in music and asks him to give her some of his coffee.
