- The question has been raised why Dr. Hart has access to the lonelygirl15 YouTube account. It is possible he forced Emma to tell him the password.
- Dr. Hart seems to have a trace of a foreign accent — perhaps Scottish — in this video. The actor who plays Dr. Hart, Sean Vincent Biggins, is from Massachusetts. It may be a Boston accent.
- Emma seems to be blinking her eyes a lot at the end of the video, but still is awake.
