Drive Goo is the one-hundred seventy-sixth webisode in the KateModern video series. It is also the twenty-first video of season two.

Transcript

Charlie: Oh my god, you guys are never gonna believe what just got delivered! (Turns the camera around to show a Cadbury Creme Egg car.) Isn't it amazing?

(A Cadbury representative walks over, carrying the keys and a bag.)

Cadbury Representative: Take "goo" care of it. (Laughs and hands the keys to Charlie.) So, uh, here's the suit; the eggs should be delivered shortly. (Hands Charlie the bag.)

Charlie: Excellent.

Cadbury Representative: Um... Pretty cool, huh?

Charlie: Yeah, it's amazing!

Cadbury Representative: Uh, who's gonna be wearing the suit? Have you had any luck attracting the celebrities?

Charlie: Well, we're waiting to hear back from our first and second choices. We've got, like, Madge and Harold off Neighbours who said maybe, Jamie Bell said he might be interested, and Russell Crowe, well, he's in Hollywood, but he is a bit busy. But, um, Lenny Henry said he's interested.

Cadbury Representative: Okay. I'm sure it'll be great. Look, I'll see you tomorrow at the big day, yeah? And please, do be careful with it all. Yeah?

Charlie: Thanks.

Cadbury Representative: Alright. (Walks away.)

Charlie: Okay, so at least the client is happy for now. But to be honest with you, I'm really stressed about this. I don't have anyone to wear the Cadbury Creme Egg suit, half the office is away with the mumps at the moment, and this has all got to be done by tomorrow. I hope it's all gonna "goo" swimmingly.

(Looks at the car.) Now to cram that little bad boy full of eggs. I can do that!

Notes

  • The title of the video and the characters saying "goo" both go along with Cadbury Creme Egg's current marketing campaign called "Goo-ology".
  • As Cadbury Creme Egg's practically sell themselves, it is possible that this is an elaborate set-up by the Order.
  • Charlie may be speaking in code when she says that many of her coworkers are out with the mumps. The mumps vaccine is a required vaccine for most schools/colleges, ergo it would be very rare for a person in a developed country to get that disease.
