The new flat is a major backdrop in the KateModern series, and serves as a replacement for Charlie's flat after she was evicted. It is located in an apartment complex on Lamb Street, E1 in Tower Hamlets. It is unknown what floor the flat is on, but it is known that it overlooks Wheeler Lane and Folgate Street.
Current residents in the flat are Charlie, Lauren, and Lee.
