The Plymouth Brethren is a religious group which began as a break off from the Anglican church in the mid 1820's. One of the founders was John Nelson Darby, who heavily influenced the movement so much so that some were loyal to him and nicknamed Darbyites.
Aleister Crowley grew up Plymouth Brethren before founding Thelema.
Of note is the company Darbyite design a company which is supposedly responsible for the Lonelygirl15.com website.
