Staley Prom is the actress who plays the role of Barb in the lonelygirl15 web series. She attended Nease High School in St. Augustine, where she was one of her cross country team's strongest members. She then went on to graduate from the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida in 2003 with a degree in broadcasting. After that Staley moved to Los Angeles. She has appeared in several commercials and in the Nickelodeon series "Drake and Josh." Recently, she worked as a production assistant in "Made in America."
