The new flat is a major backdrop in the KateModern series, and serves as a replacement for Charlie's flat after she was evicted. It is located in an apartment complex on Lamb Street, E1 in Tower Hamlets. The flat overlooks the complex's plaza, and is on the top floor.
Current residents in the flat are Charlie, Lauren, and Lee.
