Jake Coburn helped write the story for a number of lonelygirl15 videos. His first video was I hAtE tHeSe PeOpLe. He was born in New York City in 1978. He grew up on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and attended several different prep schools. In 2000, he graduated from Brown University magna cum laude with a degree in Modern Culture and Media. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California. Jake has published two novels. The first "Prep," was published in 2003 and the second, "Love Sick," was published in 2005. [1]
