Abduction! is the fifth video in the ReedABook series. It was prominently featured in the following LG15: The Resistance video, Off the Grid.

Transcript

Reed: Uhh... hey, Hymn of None... uh... I- (Checks over his shoulder.) I, uh, I recognized where Jonas was because of one of the puzzles that he uploaded, and I, uh, hopped on the L and I tracked him down and, um... Uh- uh... Here's what I saw.

(Cut to an exterior shot of a building. The camera edges toward to front end of a truck as Jonas walks nearby. Jonas looks around nervously before pulling a pamphlet from a fence and begins reading it. The camera zooms out and Reed turns it on himself.)

Reed: So I realize this is, uh, way creepier than I meant it to be, but um...

(Reed looks up suddenly as the sound of tires screeching is heard. He whips the camera around to show a black SUV with the LifesBlood Labs logo in the rear window. Two men climb out of the SUV and begin talking with Jonas. Another car rolls past as Jonas punches one of them.)

Oh, shit!

(The men and Jonas begin to brawl.)

Shit! Shit, shit!

(Cut to Reed running over to the SUV as the men load Jonas into the trunk.)

Hey! Hey!

(The two men climb into the SUV and pull away as Reed reaches it.)

No!

(Reed runs after the SUV, following them to the end of the road before losing sight of it.)
