The Kiss-Off is the three-hundred ninety-third video in the lonelygirl15 video series. It is also the one-hundred thirty-seventh video of season two.

Transcript

(Daniel is adjusting the camera while sitting in front of a plain orange wall. He is handling a towel which he tosses over his shoulder.)

Daniel: Hey guys. Sarah and I got back last night, and we're about to head out... and check up on our friends at Verdus Pharmaceuticals. For those of you wondering, Mallory was here when we got back. The short answer is I asked her to leave. I didn't even tell her why, but... a lot of you know why, so I want to thank you for looking out.

(Cut to Daniel in a different room.)

Daniel: See, so here's the deal; I've never been the guy who's had a girlfriend his whole life. We all know those guys out there who just always have a girl. But I mean... Straight up? Bree was, like, the first girl I ever kissed. I mean like a real... kiss. And then everything else with Sarah... you guys know. Anyways, the point is that I've never would have even considered that DelMundo's video could have been a fake. That Mallory would want me back so badly that she would put out a bogus stalker video and try to pin it on someone. But you guys spotted it; you checked the time stamps all from the same day. You all basically stopped me from getting played! So... (Daniel puts his hands together in praise. In a high pitched voice) Thank you... (quietly) so much. (In normal voice) So Mallory, I guess I'm saying now what I couldn't say in person: we're done. It's not why everyone probably thinks. It's not because you made a video and lied to me, or because you cheated on me with DelMundo; it's because I need to be there for my friends, and I really want to be there for Sarah. So, Mal, I'll see ya when I see ya.

Notes

  • This video confirms that Mallory's stalking video was fake.
  • It appears as though Daniel is in front of a green screen in the second half of the video.
