Hot Tubbing is the four-hundred twenty-first video in the lonelygirl15 video series. It is also the eleventh video of season three.

Transcript

(Jennie is seen sitting in a hot tub holding a bottle of beer. A crash is heard off screen.)

Jennie: Uh-oh. Party foul. (shakes her finger and laughs) It's kinda crazy in there. Sarah and Gina are playing beer pong and DJ Daniel, the sober beast, is working the iPod (laughs). Actually, tonight's been pretty fun. I mean, with all the stuff that's happened the last few weeks, all the drama--Oh, Jonas.

Jonas: (off screen) Hi.

(Jennie moves toward the camera on the side of the hot tub and turns it around to face Jonas, who is walking off the porch.)

Jennie: You know we're having a party tonight, right?

Jonas: Yeah, I- I know, I just uh--

Jennie: Yeah, but nothing.... Come have a beer with me.

Jonas: Really?

Jennie: Come on....

Jonas: Okay.

Jennie: (whispering and slowly moving back from Jonas) Why is it, do you think, that whenever he's drunk, I'm sober, and whenever I'm drunk.... (normally) Why is that, Jonas?

Jonas: (laughs) I'm sorry, why is what? I couldn't--

Jennie: (setting the camera down on the side of the hot tub and moving back toward Jonas) Why is it I never see you anymore? (hands Jonas a beer)

Jonas: Yeah, thanks for the... Listen, Jennie, um... I should have come to you, you know, and I should have said that--

Jennie: Yeah, you should've.

Jonas: It's just that... you know, after the things that I said to you and the things I said to everybody, it's easier to hide in your room--

Jennie: Jonas... (shakes her head)

Jonas: It's inexcusable, Jennie, the things I said.

Jennie: Jonas, stop. (puts her hand on Jonas's shoulder) I know. However, that doesn't mean that you're off the hook, you. (playfully points at Jonas)

Jonas: (laughs) No?

Jennie: No. You still gotta make it up to me.

Jonas: Okay...

Jennie: So quit your moping. Get in the jacuzzi.

Jonas: What?

Jennie: Get in the jacuzzi.

Jonas: I would--Yeah, but I don't have a bathing suit here.

Jennie: Shut up.

Jonas: (laughs) Okay.

Jennie: Don't worry, I'll turn my eyes. (turns toward the camera and away from Jonas)

Jonas: Don't look. (takes off his shirt)

Jennie: Anyways, I wouldn't worry about it...

(Jonas takes off his pants.)

Jennie: ...cause you're not the only one that acted like kind of a retard last week.

Jonas: Oh yeah?

Jennie: Yeah.

Jonas: What do you mean by that?

Jennie: Well, I don't know.

Jonas: Oh, man. (climbs into the hot tub in his underpants and falls, making a splash)

(Jonas and Jennie both laugh.)

Jennie: Smooth, buddy.

Jonas: Maybe I shouldn't have another beer.

Jennie: Seriously though...

Jonas: What are you talking about?

Jennie: ...no, that video that I posted, the one about you, that was kinda crazy.

Jonas: Oh, yeah.

Jennie: No, seriously, after I posted that I was like totally mortified. I mean, that's totally wasn't me.

Jonas: But, um, it sorta sounded like you. I'm just kidding. No, actually, Jennie, I thought it was pretty good, actually. In order to be that--to be that honest, it's hard for a lot of people to be like that. You know?

(There's a long pause as the background music gets louder. Eventually they lean in and kiss. After a few seconds Jennie pulls back.)

Jennie: Oh.

(After a few seconds they begin kissing again, this time more passionately. When they stop Jennie turns toward the camera and starts moving toward it.)

Jennie: Whoopsie.
