Home Invasion is the two-hundred seventy-sixth video in the lonelygirl15 video series. It is also the twentieth video of season two.

Transcript

(Jonas tucks Emma into bed, walks down the stairs and notices a man dressed in black outside coming towards the house. He puts down the camera and struggles to keep the door closed as the thug attempts to force his way in.)

Raymond Wharton: Jonas! Who's at the door? Jonas?

Jonas: Dad! Go upstairs! Take mom and go upstairs! Please! Go upstairs! Please! Go! Go! Go! Go!

(There is an explosion and the sound cuts out briefly as Jonas, his mother and his father make their way upstairs.)

Mrs. Wharton: Jonas, what's going on?

Jonas: It's okay.

Raymond: Where's Emma? Where's Emma? Where's Emma?

Jonas: (passing camera to his mother) She's fine, hold this.

(Jonas and his parents crouch down in the darkened hallway awaiting their attacker.)

Mrs. Wharton: Why? What am I suppose to do with this?

Jonas: Just record everything that happens.

Mrs. Wharton: Where's Emma?

Raymond: (whispering) Who are these people? Jesus Christ, he's got a gun! He's got a gun. He's going to kill us.

(As the attacker approaches the top of the stairs, Jonas and his father attack and incapacitate one Thug as he fires a shot into the air. No one is shot and Jonas takes his gun.)

Jonas: Go go go go go!

Jonas: You okay? Is everybody all right?

Mrs. Wharton: Where's Emma?

Jonas: She's fine. (pause) Everybody stay quiet. (They go downstairs) Come on.

Raymond: Back, back, back, back door, back door.

Mrs. Wharton: There's someone outside!

(Sounds of glass breaking and shots being fired are heard. The screen goes black briefly.)

(Thug Two attacks and shoots Jonas's father. Jonas's mother screams and runs towards them and is knocked to the floor. Two more Order agents force Jonas to his knees.)

Thug Three: Get down. Get down, on your knees. What's that noise?

Thug Four: I'm not sure! I don't know.

Thug Three: I thought you told me the perimeter was secure?!

Thug Four: It was.

Thug Three: Go check it out.

Thug Three: (pushing Jonas down again) Stay down! Where's the girl!?

Jonas: She's not here.

Thug Three: Where's the fucking girl, Jonas?

(Thug Three kicks Jonas in the ribs, Jonas grabs his side in pain.)

Thug Two: Where's the girl?

Jonas: She's not here, I swear to God she's not here.

(weak coughing is heard)

Daniel: (comes in carrying Thug Four's rifle, forces Thug Three to his knees and hits him in the back of the head) Get down! On the ground right now!

Daniel: Are you O.K.? (Screaming) Jonas? You all right?!?

(Jonas grabs a gun and knocks Thug Two out.)

Jonas: We've got to get Emma! I'm going to go grab her!

(Jonas runs toward the stairs.)

Notes

• Daniel posted to the forum:
  • Jonas's parents "were shot and bleeding a lot, but still breathing. We dropped them off at the hospital and took Emma to a safe place."[1]
  • The attackers "weren't watchers and they didn't look like shadows, I have no idea who they were, but they obviously work for the Order and wanted Emma."[2]
  • Emma had been given sleeping pills by Jonas. Jonas had planned to take her out of the house on his own, however, the home invasion occurred changing this plan abruptly. At the time of his post, Emma had still not woken up from the sleeping pills and was safe with Jonas and himself.[3]
  • Daniel went there as a result of Taylor's video and arrived as this was all going down. He states that he intends to contact Taylor and Sarah later that night.
• This is the first time Daniel and Jonas have been together since Bree's death, which took place over 3 weeks ago.
• The video suggests that the Order did not use the façade of "the Ceremony" to lure Emma, but rather planned to take her by force.
• The ringing and drop of audio volume at the 0:47 second mark appears to have been caused by an explosive charge used on the door allowing the invaders access to the house, the beeping prior to this would support this claim.
• It should be noted that while the concussion from the blast could cause ringing in the ears if it were strong enough, it would only cause the sound of the camera to go blank for about a second or two (The ringing is caused by the brain overloading from the sound and is not really there; if you were to cover your ears well enough you would not be affected).
• Greg Goodfried cites this as his second favorite lonelygirl15 video (next to A Peace Offering (and P. Monkey Boogies)). He finds it "pretty epic how Jonas goes all Jason Bourne" [4]
