End of the Line is the thirty-seventh video in the LG15: The Last video series. It is also the fourth video of Quietus.
Transcript
(Several shots are seen of railroad tracks and a platform as the group enters the Warrawee station. Chasina wanders around while Mitch sits on a bench. A train passes the station, headed for Hornsby. Chasina and Mitch watch the train pass and then joke with each other. Chasina runs to the right side of the platform as another train approaches.)
Chasina: Come on, Mitch, let's go! Let's get out of here!
Bray: Chas, that goes the wrong way!
Chasina: For you, yeah. But we're not going. We're not gonna run straight to them. (Pulls Mitch's arm.) Hurry up!
Mitch: Chas, I-I've got a plan.
Chasina: So do I! I want to get out of here. I want to get back into nursing, I want to married, I want to buy a boat, I want to have cute little trait positive babies...
Mitch: Yeah, yeah, yeah; funny.
Chasina: And if you hurry up, I could probably fit you in there, too. So, come on, hurry up.
Mitch: Chas... I've thought about this a lot, you know?
Chasina: You want to go with Bray... You want to save Toni.
Bray: You do?
Mitch: No! (Stops and thinks.) Yeah! Yeah. A-and Leigh.
Chasina: I can't believe it.
Bray: We can't leave them to die.
Chasina: You stay out of this!
Mitch: Chas...
Chasina: Everything you said in the tent the other day... Did you lie to me?
Mitch: No! Why would I lie?
Chasina: Because you've done it before, Mitch.
Mitch: (Rubs his forehead.) I thought we were past all this, Chas.
Chasina: Those late nights? That girl?
Mitch: I explained.
Chasina: You lied. Because you're doing exactly the same thing with Toni.
Mitch: Why do you always have to bring Toni into this?
Chasina: It's not just me. If Jayde were here...
Mitch: Oh, Jayde buggered off, didn't she?
Chasina: She had the right idea!
Mitch: She wants Toni and Leigh to die.
Chasina: Toni deserves nothing better.
Mitch: Don't you dare!
Bray: Absolute bitch!
Mitch: Toni has been nothing but kind and supportive to you through this. And brought everyone together!
Chasina: I brought everyone together! She tore us all apart with him!
Mitch: Well, it's not her fault, is it?
(Chasina begins to cry and backs away toward the approaching train.)
Chasina: She tore us apart.
Mitch: Chas, don't.
Chasina: I'm sorry, Mitch. I have to go.
Mitch: But you know I can't go with you.
Chasina: I know. Goodbye, Mitch.
Mitch: Chas, I--
Chasina: I'm sorry!
(Chasina approaches the train. Cut to Chasina waiting for the train as it pulls into the station. She boards and finds a seat. Mitch watches as the train pulls out of the station and Bray walks away.)
Bray: Why did you lie?
(Cut to black.)
Mitch: Because I love her.
